In case you have not yet seen it, in this year’s very well made advert for iconic perfume Chanel N°5, there is a cameo by another icon, namely a Leica rangefinder camera. In a brief shot midway through the advert, french actress Audrey Tautou shoots a few pictures with what seems to be an M8 (or M8.2?).
The ad is directed by awardwinning director Jean-Pierre Jeunet (Amélie, Delicatessen).

There was a camera in the ad? Where? I just saw a beautiful woman and some guy who occasionally got between her and the camera.
Ms. Tautou outshines the M. handily.
I read somewhere that Audrey Tautou actually uses a Leica to photograph all the journalists interviewing him. (http://www.overgaard.dk/leica_history.html gives a clue)
As for movie cameos, try Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Blood Diamond.
