This shot was taken at the Sinnersday New Wave concert in Belgium on November 1, Gary Numan is the performing artist. It was great being a photographer with two small bodies (an M8.2 and an M9) between all the others with massive SLR’s. It offers the opportunity to get close and be much less intrusive. The shot was made with my M8.2 with a 35 Summilux.
Why I use a Leica:
I have both digital and analogue Leica’s (m8.2, M9 and MP) with an extensive set of Leica glass and enjoy those a lot. The high quality of the equipment and the ability to be non-intrusive are really great.

Fantastic shot. I love the sharpness, and how you can see the hairs on his arm. The lighting is amazing also.
Astounding photograph that exhibits everything you would expect if you were to convey a rock concert. The timing and the composition really stand out. Excellent!
