QuoteThis is Peoples Park, Singapore. An old and very much alive Housing Development Board Complex in downtown Chinatown in Singapore. For more information on this district look here.

Why I use a Leica:
There is nothing comparable technically when shooting the streets or any low light scene with a Leica. Its lack of automation makes the photographer the true capturer of the scene. Its balance is ideal, and its lenses crisp. Everything you need to capture an image is with you, we just have to step up to the mark and do it.

I started in photography with manual film cameras. 35mm and medium format. I graduated to Leica on buying an M6TTL and an old collapsing 50mm lens. Been in love ever since, moved through to an M8 and an M7, wouldn’t ever consider anything else.

I don’y usually take the picture if I have been seen but I your picture though. Her face is really interesting, much better than if she’s smiled ;)
