I managed to capture a landing plane with without any preparation. I got a shot where I was directly beneath it, fully zoomed in at 420mm.
Took this photo with a little know gem called Leica V-LUX 1, it has a marvelous DC VARIO-ELMARIT f2.8 35-420mm lens.

Nice shot–I’ve always been curious about the V-lux and how it performs. Is there anywhere to see more of your V-lux photos? Good job again! Was the heave vignette something you did in post, or did the lens really produce that?

There was already a subtle vignette, hardly noticeable done by the lens but i added it in post, came very strong and smooth since there was already a bit of that in the original.
